What we collect

We collect the following information:

• name
• contact information including email address and telephone number
• demographic information such as postcode

We may also collect:

• dates of birth of participants aged under 18 years

What we do with the information we gather

This data will be stored for the purposes of the InspirED programme and reporting to funders. InspirED partners will use this data to send you termly programme updates and offers for your school. We will hold this data for a maximum of two years.   We may publish the name of your setting on a list of InspirED schools but will not publish any personal details.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Controlling your personal information

We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. We will only pass on your personal information if we are required by law to do so.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. We may charge or refuse if we deem the request to be manifestly unfounded or excessive. If we do refuse we will tell you why and what your next steps are. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact us with your request.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
